On Call Monday

Its about 2 am in the morning. I am here in front of the computer in APS room - i have alhamdulillah no more case for the nite but am currently downloading a presentation to my email. The day was not that busy , only had 4 emergency case to do but the amount of time spent.. haks..

The first was suppose to be a simple appendicectomy that should take like 45 minutes. AT KUmar called me early in the morning with the thought that we could finish his two appendix by 11 am. Unfortunately , the first case which started at 9 am ended at 2.30pm!!! haks.. apparently the appendix was normal but she had ruptured endometriotic cyst .. cam kaler chocolate tu lar.. haks.. and that took hours to be sorted out by the gynae team.

I am on call today with Ismail.. a very knowledgable senior.. but he's really cool coz he thought me lots of theories today. terkantoi2 nak jawab soalan dia ! He's a third year Masters student , in about 1 years time he will be a specialist , so padanla kot.. Caya sama lu..

Ok lar.. don't think i wan to write much , need to get some sleep ..mana tau kang pukul 4 pagi ke.. some ruptured ectopic will come ... insya-allah takde kot..
