Malam Puisi Kemanusian 2023

This event is evolving into a yearly affair. It started off 2 years ago - end of 2021 when Dr Alza roped us healthcare workers in to pen amd perform poetry. The 2022 event was online and the theme was definitely our tribute to HCW’s sacrifice during the intense Covid19 pandemic.

Early this year we did our first to face session in HKL. It was a great event meeting all the guys. Being self run, there were lots of technical issues that cropped up during this event. Ita defintely not easy to synchronize live on online session concurrently. One needs an event director who knows what both side wants and bring about to a similar tv shows programme to live. Nevertheless, the sporting spirit of all participants and audience which made it enjoyable

My piece on both years I wrote with P Ramlee theme. The first was “kadang-kadang” from Nujum Pak Belalang and 2nd was “Cobaan” from Pendekar Bujang Lapok😆
