We celebrated Muti and Doya's Birthday today afternoon. It had been quite some time since we celebrated anything. Of course ; my father would take the lead in organizing the cuisine of the day. And we had.. PAPA D-STEAK & D'LAMB SPECIAL!!!
MY dad is a keen cook. He's specialty is other than malay cuisine.haks !! Every special occasion in the house , birthdays , graduation etc.. he would replace mama to prepare the food. If its not WESTERN , it'd be BBQ , ITALIAN or STEAM BOAT.I can gurantee you the GREAT QUALITY of his lamb chop and steak .

My dad is not actually kitchen friendly. He wouldn't even wash his own dishes after each meal !! But somehow or rather , he'd be one in charge when there are occasions to celebrate. Apparently he developed his cooking skills during his student days in Holland. Honestly , i really love his cooking because it is just great !!

No matter where i go , from Uptown's Mel Western to Victoria Station ; my dad's preparation is the BEST !! haks.. to those who have tasted his lamb chop.. you know what i mean. Simply delicious and nak lagi !!!
I reckon when he's retired , he should open his own Western Corner in uptown. haks.. just for fun !!
