What a way to start a new posting ! I went back home at 10pm !! Hahahaha.. We had this lady with a sphenoid tumour : embedded deep in the brain. Luckily she had a good pre morbid therefore making her less risky for intraoperative complications. When Prof Vicky came into the OT , he mentioned to my Prof that the surgery can be more than 20 hours !! The tumour is one of the rare ones and we only get them like 2-3 cases per year !!! Lucky me huh ?
Well , it only took 12 hours... ok lah tu... :)
